Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book my class? We suggest downloading the glofox app and following the instructions to get set up. We find the app a lot more user friendly than booking via the website.

I'm new to base, what class should I book first? All of our group fitness classes can be tailored to those just starting out. If you are new to reformer pilates we suggest starting with either Pilates For Our Beginners, Pilates Slow OR sign up for the Pilates Starter Pack (part of our memberships).

What should I bring to class? A drink bottle, sweat towel and grippy socks (if you are coming to reformer)

Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes! To be fair to everyone waiting to get into a class and our instructors we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of your class please get in touch with your instructor or Hannah as soon as possible.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level to join base? No! We welcome abilities of all levels. If you are new and are unsure what classes are best to start with, please get in touch with Hannah and she will be able to guide you.

How many classes a week should I be doing? We suggest a minimum of 3-4 classes a week if you are really wanting to see results. We like to mix up these classes with reformer pilates, high intensity training and strength training. If you would like to talk to Hannah about what mix of training would be best for you, please reach out.

Can I pause my membership? Yes you are able to pause your membership for a total of 4 weeks per year and a minimum of 1 week at a time.

Can I bring a friend? If you are on an unlimited membership you are able to bring a friend to trial base free of charge. You are able to book for them in glofox. We also hold bring a friend events and weeks, keep your eye out for these events.
