Base Starter

New to Base? START HERE.

This is the easiest way to experience our Pilates and Strength classes, meet the team and get a feel for the studio. No pressure, just a chance to move, learn the space and see if Base feels like home.

Base Classes

From strength classes to  Reformer Pilates, we have something to suit everybody and every level. We are big believers in variety in your training and we love having it all under one roof. We have 12 different classes, and a variety of membership options. So, you are sure to find something for you!
