A self confessed wellness junkie, Hannah loves health and wellness and believes it starts from the inside.

 "I'm here to change the way you think about exercise, I don't just want to just train you, I want to educate you about what you are doing and why you are doing it." 


Hannah wants to help you change your perspective on your health and wellbeing to make life long habits which are health enhancing for you and those around you. 

Hannah has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, Health and OED from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma in Teaching and learning. She also has her Certificate 3 & 4 in Personal Training and is qualified with the Australian Academy of Pilates.

Hannahs passion for health stem from her own battles with weight, self esteem, injuries and mental and emotional wellbeing over the years. These battles have armed her with the experience, perspective and knowledge that has changed her life and the lives of her clients.
